SATURDAY 18th JANUARY 2025 

Dear Parents and Families,

We are thrilled to invite you to our 2024 Exam Awards Presentation, where we will celebrate the incredible achievements of our students who participated in the December 2024 exams!

Due to the large number of exams taken—135 exams!—we have split the awards into two sessions to ensure everyone can celebrate comfortably.

📅 Date: Saturday, 18th January 2025

📍 Location: BDPA, Unit H, Platts Lane, Burscough, L40 7TP

🎟️ Dress Code: Dress to impress! Smart attire is encouraged.

✨ Session 1

• For: Jungle Jigglers, First Steps, Foundation Level 1, Foundation Level 2 awards

• Arrival: 1:30 PM

• Awards Begin: 2:00 PM

• End Time: 3:15 PM

✨ Session 2

• For: All other awards

• Arrival: 3:30 PM

• Awards Begin: 4:00 PM

• End Time: 5:30 PM

Sibling Note

If your children are participating in both sessions and you would prefer their awards to be presented together in one session, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your family’s needs.

Community Buffet

We kindly ask families to contribute food for our community buffet. If you would like to bring a plate, please click below to input your contribution and help us avoid too much of the same thing:

Important:

• All food must be labelled with vegan, vegetarian, or any specific allergy information.

• If your dish contains nuts or other allergens, please clearly indicate this.

• Families with nut allergies, please make yourselves known to us via email info@base-dance.com, so we can ensure everyone’s safety.

Invite a friend to class for free! If they enrol, you get £10 to spend in our shop, and they’ll get £5 off their uniform (plus a 10% new-member discount)!

What to Do:

Pick up a "Bring a Friend" card

Fill out your name, your friend’s name, and the class/time

Give the card to your friend and have them call us to register for the class

Attend the class together and have fun!

If your friend enrols, return the card to reception to claim your rewards

Excludes technique and GCSE classes; class must not be full
